Whistlefish is a greetings card, art and gift company with ten stores across the South West and an e-commerce website.
THE PROJECT
I worked as a copywriter and proofreader for Whistlefish on web content, brochures, on and offline marketing campaigns and email newsletters, including their 2017 retail catalogue.
I also helped the brand to recognise their unique identity and showcase this more consistently through their words. This involved creating a tone of voice document and training staff to use this.
