Promas CIC is a community interest company offering award-winning face-to-face training for un-paid carers.
THE PROJECT
Working to completely overhaul their branding and website, Promas needed a clear and cohesive tone of voice and accessible copy.
For this project I met with the directors to understand where the company had come from and how it operated. Weaving their needs and beliefs into the copy made the site more immediately relevant and provided a clear connection to their audience of carers.
