THE CLIENT
Märraum is a different kind or architects in Cornwall. With years of architecture and design experience in both Cornwall and further afield – paired with aesthetic drive, strong ethics and constant curiosity – Märraum know how to make space work harder for their clients.
THE PROJECT
Märraum has a very distinctive tone of voice so my first task was to fully immerse myself in this. I then completed a host of writing and editing tasks from blog posts for the website to creation of on and offline client welcome packs.
As well as providing copy I helped the team to consider their customer’s journey and reconsider and prioritise the places they could help by providing additional written information and communications.
One of the key areas was to raise the profile of their ability to provide virtual reality tours of their designs before they become reality and providing a set of key messages around this to feed into their communications.
“I worked with Suzie for about a year, developing our website content, producing email marketing campaigns and writing copy for blogs and print. The tone of voice was always aligned with our brand and it was great having someone who could just conjure up great sounding words.“
Daisy Sawle | Director
One of the joys of working with the team at Märraum was that they have a fresh and innovative outlook on operating sustainably and caring for their clients; constantly questioning the how’s and the why’s of what they do. This fed into the writing and marketing work, lending ideas and fire. Constantly considering process and client journey is a great place to start from when refreshing communications and listening to the team and their views and then feeding that into the work and advice was a crucial part of this commission.
