Insight is a system for school leaders and teachers to track pupil achievement and progress. It is committed to being a system that solves problems and eases teacher’s pain points, allowing them to easily chart and report on student achievement and progress and return to the job of teaching.
I was tasked with refreshing the copy across Insight’s website, bearing in mind the need to connect effectively with busy teachers.
I completed a competitor analysis and interviewed the directors about their key selling points, company ethos, audiences and aspirations. I then created a tone of voice that would reflect the expert yet friendly nature of the business and convey the idea of the software as both a problem solver and a time saver.
