I worked with Falmouth agency Venn Creative on this project, providing copy for Boyce Hatton Solicitors to populate their new website.
The new website was text-based, meaning a need for a close level of scrutiny of the messages. The copy on Boyce Hatton’s old site was dense, making it difficult for customers to hone in on what they were looking for.
The approach we took breathed new life into the copy, based on an analysis of Boyce Hatton’s businesses audiences and speaking to them directly. We utilised stand firsts and direct speech to include the most important information first and make both the inherent expertise and the level of service clear.
The tone of voice was straightforward and professionally, but friendly, and based on the idea of having a trusted lawyer on hand.
